SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic, assertive, and extroverted Personal Assistant to support our client's CEO in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who thrives on
multitasking, communicates effectively, and has experience working directly under CEOs in large corporate companies.

Location: Must reside in or near Pretoria
Languages: Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Education: Relevant Diploma or Degree (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management)

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as a PA to a CEO or senior executive in a large company
Excellent interpersonal skills – confident, outgoing, and professional
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Willingness to assist with receptionist duties when necessary
Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
Willing to be on standby and work flexible hours when the need arises
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication tools

Key Responsibilities:

Full executive support: scheduling, travel, diary and email management
Liaison with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
Preparation of reports, documents, and presentations
Managing office communications and ensuring smooth workflow
Reception support and front-office representation when needed
