Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed plans and schedules to support operational, sales, or project goals.
- Analyze trends, performance data, and forecasts to ensure effective resource and stock management.
- Monitor supply and demand, adjusting plans to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with departments such as Buying, Logistics, Operations, and HR to ensure alignment.
- Prepare performance and variance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate data and analysis.
- Identify risks and propose corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Maintain planning systems and databases for accuracy and accessibility.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in planning, forecasting, or analytics (retail or operations preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, JDA, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
