• BCom Degree in Cost and Management Accounting, Finance, or similar
• 3–5 years experience in a plant or factory environment
• Strong background in cost accounting, CAPEX control, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills required; SAP or similar ERP system exposure is advantageous
• Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / mining / construction industries preferred
• Must have plant exposure and confidence engaging with non-financial stakeholders
• International reporting exposure will give you a significant edge
