SUMMARY:
Global leader in Automotive and Manufacturing space is urgently looking to fill the role of Plant Controller, primarily responsible for managing the financial aspects of the operations

POSITION INFO:
As a Plant Controller, your main responsibilities are as follow :
Ã¢Â–Âª Ensure the management and development of the controlling team
Ã¢Â–Âª Ensure compliance to all financial procedures
Ã¢Â–Âª Provide reliable financial/controlling information in close relationship with other operational and support functions
Ã¢Â–Âª For new programs
Participate in Business Plan validation, and ensure consistency
Ã¢Â–Âª Act as a business partner toward the plant management, and provide recommendation to the management

Full JD on shortlisting

Education: Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance
3 to 10 years of professional experience, according to the size and complexity of the site, including a first controlling experience at plant level
Familiarity with industrial Information Systems and Flows
Good accounting knowledge
Business minded
