This opportunity is with a well-established, reputable group with a strong national footprint, offering a Gauteng-based role within a structured group environment. You will gain exposure to complex reporting structures, group consolidations, and strategic financial oversight.
This role is ideal for a technically strong CA(SA) who has worked within a group structure and is ready to take ownership at a divisional level. You will partner closely with business units, providing insights that drive performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee divisional financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist with group consolidations and reporting requirements
Prepare and review management reports and financial statements
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights
Ensure strong internal controls and support audit processes

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

CA(SA)

Experience:

3 – 5 years post-qualification experience
Must have exposure to a group environment (non-negotiable)
Strong experience in financial reporting and consolidations

Skills & Attributes:

Strong technical and analytical ability
Ability to operate in a structured, reporting-driven environment
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
High attention to detail with a proactive approach
