Plant Financial Manager (EE)

SUMMARY:
Multi-national FMCG / Manufacturing concern based in Springs has an opening for a Plant Financial Manager (EE) with 5-7 years experience in Management Accounting within the same industry (essential).

POSITION INFO:

Position requires a candidate with a completed B.Com (Accounting / Management Accounting) degree / CIMA advantageous, coupled with 5-7 years related experience within a FMCG / Food Manufacturing sector.  Be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling and co-ordinating financial and accounting activities within the organisation.  General financial management, including analysing and evaluating monthly accounts, reviewing actual performance against budget, identifying trends and highlighting variances, managing costs and cashflow, and providing accurate financial information to senior management and other stakeholders.  Manage the vegetable financial administration, control and supply financial information that accurately reflects the financial performance and position of the vegetable divisions; provide accurate financial information for the Vegetable Departments; collating weekly management reports; improving the divisions internal controls and financial systems through a process of investigation, analysis and implementation of more effective and efficient systems; involvement in strategic decision-making of the departments; audits; manage the budget process for the vegetable operations; safeguard the operations assets and manage sub-ordinates.  Solid SAP experience essential.
