A leading Company is seeking a Plant Manager with strong technical and operational experience to oversee the safe and efficient management of our mineral processing plant. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of PGM and CrâOâ processing to drive innovation, safety, and operational excellence.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical or chemical engineering
2.6.1 Appointment (as per MHSA requirements)
+10 years’ experience in mineral processing plants, preferably with PGMs and CrâOâ
At least 5 years’ management experience in a processing plant environment
Proven experience in Safety Management and regulatory compliance
Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, General)
Excellent client interfacing and stakeholder engagement skills

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management and optimisation of plant production
Lead and align engineering, operations, and support teams
Ensure compliance with MHSA, environmental and safety legislation
Oversee plant performance, cost control, and continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong client relationships and reporting structures
