SUMMARY:
Our company requires a Plant Manager to oversee our daily operations of our manufacturing facility in Kraaifontein in the Western Cape

POSITION INFO:

The candidate will be required to do the following but not limited to

Managing Employees, production efficiency and safety

Allocating resources effectively and utilizing assets with the goal of increasing production while maintaining quality standards

Enforcing plant safety procedures

Must be able to handle pressure

Good Organising and Planning Skills are essential

Must have good interpersonal skills

Must have previous experience in a unionised environment

Must have own reliable vehicle
