Job & Company Description:

An elite mining company that specializes with kimberlite mining is looking for an extensively experienced Plant Manager to lead their team to greater success. This company is based in Lesotho, and they are one of the largest kimberlites mine in their region. They are searching for an individual that is truly a specialist with kimberlite mining and has the knowledge and experience to lead their team to greater heights.

Education:

BEng/BSc/BTech in Metallurgy or Mining Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Must have at least 10 years of overall career experience mining kimberlite diamonds
Must have at least 5 years of experience in a management position
Must be able to coordinate plant operations and comply with legislative requirements
Must be willing to be in Lesotho when required
