POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.(or Chemical engineering)
- Knowledge in plant management
- Experience in Organic chemistry, saturated and unsaturated
- Operations Management
- Strong background in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Must have managed budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure efficient use of resources
- Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
- Budgeting and Cost Control
- Maintenance and Equipment Oversight
