SUMMARY:
Our client is on the hunt for a hands-on Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineer to own their production platform end-to-end. This role is central to ensuring reliability, scalability, observability, and developer experience across the company’s environments.
You will work hands-on with AKS, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Rancher, driving platform stability, improving CI/CD, and enabling teams to ship faster without compromising uptime.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage and scale production K8s clusters Own CI\/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Build and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure Improve monitoring, alerting, and reliability (SLOs\/SLIs) Lead incident response and drive resilience Essential Skills and Experience 4+ years in Platform\/SRE roles Strong Kubernetes + Terraform experience Azure exposure (AKS preferred) Scripting (Go, Python, or Bash) Solid networking & Linux fundamentals Nice to Have Rancher (multi-cluster management, RBAC, catalog apps) Helm chart development & release management Cluster autoscaling experience Azure ecosystem (AKS, networking, Key Vault, storage) Secrets management (Key Vault or Vault) Experience building or scaling an observability stack from scratch Windows Server exposure Impact in 90 days: stable clusters, clear SLOs, unblocked dev teams, and no surprises.
