SUMMARY:
National Client seeks a Platform Engineering Lead to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives, guide a team of talented Engineers, and drive the evolution of modern customer platforms.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Software Engineers. Drive the technical roadmap and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms. Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative technology solutions. Ensure successful project delivery while optimising platform performance and customer experience. Minimum Requirements Matric \/ Grade 12 Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Min 7 years in software development and engineering leadership, driving the successful delivery of complex enterprise-scale solutions and initiatives. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern engineering practices. Hands-on experience across backend and frontend technologies. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure\/AWS) and modern development frameworks. Tech Stack: C#, JavaScript, SQL, Python, Go | Angular, React, .NET\/.NET Core | Azure, AWS | Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL | Kafka | Entity Framework & Hibernate
