POSITION INFO:
The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Platform Lead, CIB Digital for a Fixed Term Contract for our client in Johannesburg. To define the digital platform roadmap in line with the overall CIB platform strategy and transformation objectives.

 

Manage the design, enablement, operations and continuous improvement of the digital platform. Define and implement the appropriate standards and frameworks for use in CIB while maintaining common components (e.g. workflow, entitlements and security).

Drive the successful adoption of the platform by the various ecosystem participants on a day to day basis.

 

Minimum educational level:                                                      

• Information Technology and Business Commerce
• Post Graduate Degree in Commerce or Information Technology
• Product qualification(s) relevant to the CIB business

We require your 5 to 7 yearsâ?? work experience in:

• Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking with exceptional business and product knowledge required
• Experience in creating platforms that digitally enable the business to distribute products and engage with clients and employees.
• Experience in digital platform methods that covers interactive platforms as well as integration platforms such as API Exchanges.
• Domain expertise from a channel and product perspective.
• Experience working across multiple geographies with experience working in African markets required.
• Experience working at a senior managerial level managing a team and influencing and engaging a diverse set of senior stakeholders across the business.
