We are seeking a Red Seal Qualified Plumber to join our team as a Workshop Manager in the Bellville\/Durbanville area . Requirements: Red Seal certification and proven plumbing qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plumbing and workshop management Strong leadership and organizational skills Must have own reliable vehicle (company vehicle provided only for site visits during the day) Ability to manage staff, oversee workshop operations, and ensure quality workmanship Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate workshop activities Manage inventory, tools, and equipment Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Support and mentor plumbing staff Conduct site visits as required
