POSITION INFO:
Founded with a passion for property and precision, my client is a specialist within the property management space, dedicated to helping property investors, landlords, and developers make smarter financial decisions. They combine deep industry knowledge with hands-on accounting expertise to deliver tailored solutions across portfolio management, tax strategy, and growth planning.

Duties:

Financial Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple property portfolios, including income, expenses, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for landlords, investors, and property owners.
- Produce detailed financial reports and performance summaries to support strategic decision-making.
- Reconcile rent rolls, bank statements, service charge accounts, and client funds in line with regulatory requirements.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Develop and monitor property budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Identify variances, trends, and opportunities to improve portfolio profitability.
- Support senior management and clients with financial planning and investment analysis

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom in Accounting
CIMA in progress
7 years relevant Property experience
