One of the largest property companies are currently on the lookout for a Portfolio Accountant. My client is looking for a strong Portfolio Accountant that has a love for numbers for a 2-month contract.

As a Portfolio Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

Prepare and post all monthly adjusting journals
Variance reporting
Prepare monthly management pack
Prepare monthly balance sheet recons
Assist with budget preparation and capturing
Processing monthly accruals and projections
Analyse and clear balance sheet accounts

Qualifications:

Relevant diploma / Degree

3 Years’ experience in the same role

Skill:

Property industry would be beneficial
