Our client in the Telecommunications Sector requires a Portfolio Co-Ordinator on a contract basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

General Administration and Support

Calendar Management: Managing and tight control of ME/EHOD calendar.
Capture and maintain divisional process documentation.
Minute and action taking at meetings. Tracking of actions.
Facilities Management
Management of Divisional staff and distribution lists.
Boardroom Bookings, Event Co-ordination & facilitation
Stationery Ordering & Co-Ordination
Manage Staff Database and Organizational Charts
IRS & Workflow loading and access requests
Divisional Asset Management
Manage Divisional Leave and Team Capacity Planning
Tool Support and Training: Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
Support internal and external audit activities
Manage Divisional Document Templates
Business and IT Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Support the recruitment process

Portfolio/Program/Project Support

PI Planning Administration, Co-ordination and Reporting
PI Delivery Administration, Co-ordination and Reporting
Jira ticket Maintenance and Housekeeping
Demand Management Support and Training
Capacity Balancing data capture
KPI Tracking
Support and maintenance of Physical and Digital Kanban Boards

Finance & Budget Support and Administration

Manage PO Requests
Manage Receipting Requests
Reconciliation and balancing of Requests
CAPEX and OPEX Budget Recon & Co-Ordination
Support QBR Reviews
Weekly and Monthly meetings with Management Team
SCM contract engagement for new and existing Vendors
Monthly meeting with Management and Finance Team for recon and alignment

Reporting
Compile, Consolidate, Review and Submit All Divisional Reports
