SUMMARY:
Portfolio Manager Position available in Rustenburg

POSITION INFO:
An Estate Management company in Rustenburg is looking for a Portfolio Manager.

Purpose of the post: Complex Management pertaining to finances, administration and maintenance.

Duties: Monthly financial statements. Arranging maintenance and inspections. Addressing residents'' behavior. Attending after hour meetings 3-4 per month. Attending to cellphone calls after hours up to 19h00. Record keeping of all procedures.

Experience: Finances/Bookkeeping. People skills - communication. Problem solving. Data base record keeping. Reporting and follow-up.

Knowledge of the different Acts: Credit Act, Sectional Titles Act, CSOS Act, Section 21 of Companies Act, Consumer Act, POPI Act, etc. 

Benefits: Minimum Gross Salary R9 000.
