JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client who is one of the largest Property Portfolio Managing Agents is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple portfolio's which include residential, commercial and mixed schemes
Arrange and attend governing body meetings
Prepare all documentation as required
Arrange venues for various meetings
Record all meetings and book boardroom timeously on internal system
Ensure quorum requirements are met before meetings
Take minutes at meetings and prepare and send to Management for checking within 3 days of the meeting
Obtain quotations on behalf of clients, liaise with contractors
Attend telephonic enquiries relating to community schemes and individual concerns within a scheme
Keep up to date with any amendments to the various acts and rules
Scrutinize all accounts received
Approve monthly management reports for each scheme to thrive in this role you will need:

Requirements:

Minimum Matric
A property qualification or Business Administration would be an advantage
Strong administration skills
Must be able to multitask
Professional and Business orientated
