About the Role

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management Manage a diversified Commercial, Retail and Industrial property portfolio Maximise asset value and portfolio performance Ensure properties are professionally maintained to the highest standards Drive tenant retention and customer satisfaction Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews Leasing & Tenant Management Negotiate new leases, renewals and lease amendments Build and maintain strong tenant relationships Resolve tenant queries efficiently Manage vacancies and assist with marketing available space Drive occupancy across the portfolio Financial Management Prepare and manage annual operating budgets Monitor income, expenditure and portfolio profitability Manage arrears and credit control Review monthly financial reports and variance analysis Assist with forecasting and financial planning Facilities & Operations Oversee facilities management and planned maintenance Manage contractors and service providers Ensure SLA performance and contractor compliance Coordinate repairs, maintenance and capital projects Manage utilities and municipal services Compliance & Risk Ensure compliance with statutory and property legislation Oversee Health & Safety compliance Monitor insurance requirements and risk management Maintain governance and operational standards Minimum Requirements National Diploma or Degree in Property Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or a related field Minimum 5 years' Property Portfolio Management experience Proven experience managing Commercial, Retail and Industrial properties Strong lease negotiation and tenant relationship management experience Excellent financial management and budgeting skills Credit control and arrears management experience Facilities Management experience Strong report writing and communication skills Experience using MRI or similar property management systems will be advantageous Customer-centric approach with excellent stakeholder management skills Key Skills Property Portfolio Management Commercial Property Retail Property Industrial Property Lease Negotiation Tenant Relations Facilities Management Budget Management Financial Management Credit Control Property Administration Utilities Management Property Inspections Contractor Management Asset Management Property Investment Operational Excellence Property Operations Portfolio Performance Customer Relationship Management Why Join Us?
