PORTFOLIO MANAGER - Beauty Sales (active portfolio)

JOHANNESBURG, Gauteng - South Africa

START: A.S.A.P 

REPORT TO: National Sales Manager

HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30

COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS:

• R20,000 fixed salary per month
• + Company Fuel Card - for company traveling only
• + Company Cell Phone & Tablet
• + Company benefits in addition to salary including Wheel Maintenance, Medical Aid contribution, Grooming contribution

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Matric Certificate / Grade 12
2. Qualification in Beauty Therapy / Skin Care / Spa / Cosmetology / Nail Systems 
3. Trained in professional nail systems - BONUS

ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

1. Must have sales experience - Business to Business - ON THE ROAD VISITING CLIENTS
2. Confident in nail systems - Bonus
3. Meticulous and accurate
4. Accountability
5. Able to build a lasting rapport with clients - this is an active portfolio and you are to manage and grow it

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be based in centrally in JOHANNESBURG and able to travel to surrounding suburbs
2. Own reliable vehicle with full insurance coverage - NOT NEGOTIABLE
3. You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails)
4. Confident in using laptop / cell phone and able to multi-task
5. Accountable and reliable - this is a high pressure environment and results are demanded.
