About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team! As a key player in our business intelligence function, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI. Your work will empower stakeholders by providing accurate, data-driven decision-making tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Create automated reports to streamline data delivery and ensure timely insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data visualisation needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Utilise SQL for database querying, data extraction, and transformation.
• Conduct data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Translate complex data into clear and compelling visual stories.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data reporting and visualisation.
• Automate manual reports that integrate data from multiple sources.
• Stay up to date with the latest BI tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Currently working as a Power BI Developer.
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.
• 3-5 years of experience in BI, report development, or a similar role.
• Expertise in SQL for querying and data management.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI
• Strong understanding of business operations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
