POSITION INFO:
Our client is on the hunt for a Power Electronics Hardware Engineer who's ready to take innovation from concept to reality. If you live and breathe circuits, components, and cutting-edge tech, this role is your chance to shine. ð§ What You'll Be Doing: Designing and testing advanced power electronic circuits (DC-DC converters, inverters, and motor drives). Selecting and optimizing components (IGBTs, MOSFETs, gate drivers, transformers, and capacitors). Performing schematic capture, PCB layout, and DFM (design for manufacturability). Collaborating with Embedded, Mechanical, and Systems Engineers on integrated solutions. Running simulations (SPICE, LTspice, and PLECS) to perfect your designs. Debugging, testing, and validating prototypes in the lab. Ensuring that designs comply with safety and EMC standards. ð§ What We're Looking For: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical\/Electronic Engineering (or similar). 3+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics hardware development. Strong grasp of semiconductors & magnetics. Experience with simulation tools and lab debugging instruments (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, etc.). Familiarity with thermal & EMI\/EMC considerations in power design. A problem-solver with sharp attention to detail.
