The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pre-owned vehicle sales management, a passion for customer service excellence, and the ability to drive performance through effective leadership and strategy implementation.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Source and manage quality pre-owned stock.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.
• Oversee trade-ins, valuations, and reconditioning processes.
• Monitor financial and sales performance, ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
• Management of stock levels

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager within a franchised dealership.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a successful sales team.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial structuring and F&I processes.
• Valid driver’s licence and clear criminal record.
