Reporting to JP Rautenbach, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring sales targets are met. Key responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team Develop sales strategies to achieve targets Build and maintain customer relationships Ensure excellent customer service Requirements Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, with some leadership experience Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive who is a 2ic to the Sales Manager or team leader looking to step up to a managerial position.
