SUMMARY:
Our client in the Tyre Service industry, has an EE opportunity available for a Precure Factory Manager in the Pretoria area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)
Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Bachelor’s Degree / N6 National Diploma in Engineering
Valid driver''s license
A minimum of 5 years proven experience at management level in the tyre industry or in a technical production environment
Additional experience in the tyre manufacturing industry would be advantageous
Proven understanding, experience and application of general management principles, including operational finance control, budgeting H&S and Industrial Relations in a production environment
Sound working knowledge of all Admin Systems, particularly the GRIPS Computer system and MS-Office Computer system, within a production environment
Relevant technical and production experience

KPAs:

Manufacture product to meet the laid down production plan and financial targets
Control manufacture to achieve 100% conformity with quality specifications
Manage the daily activities of factory associates and to organise, lead and develop factory associate’s performance in order to achieve business objectives
