MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A min of 5 to 10 years’ experience as a Service Manager
• Must be 30 – 45 + years of age
• Clear ID Copy
• Clear Driver’s License Copy
• Last 12 Months Payslips
• Neat photo of yourself
• Up to date detailed CV – Please ensure that the description section is detailed and in 3rd party format.
• Grade 12 senior certificate
• Certificates of all qualifications
• Clean criminal record
• Clear ITC record

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

• Must read / write & speak English
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be computer literate

EXPERIENCE:

• The individual we are looking to employ MUST meet the minimum requirements and under no circumstances will exceptions be made.
• We are seeking an EE candidate that is stable in their working environment (5 - 10 Years at current or last dealership)
• Candidate must have very strong OEM background.
• Candidate would be required to manage a large team in the service department and ensuring that all targets are met including financial targets.
• Budgets settings / daily running of the workshop ensuring maximum productivity in all aspects.
