JOB DESCRIPTION:

Waterkloof, Pretoria East: LITIGATION SECRETARY (THIRD PARTY CLAIMS) (2 positions)

Minimum Requirements:

-Well presentable female

-2 to 3 years recent experience in High Court- and Magistrate’s Court Litigation at a law firm a must, specifically in Third Party Claims a must (on behalf of Plaintiff)

-Computer literate in Lexpro / Caselines

-Dictaphone typing experience preferred

-Good typing skills (speed and accuracy)

-Own vehicle / reliable transport preferred

-Stable employment record

-Contactable References

Duties:

-Typing of High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation and Third Party Claims (on behalf of Plaintiff)

-Drafting and typing of legal documents, notices and pleadings

-General secretarial and administrative duties

Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 12 000.00 Nett (Depending on experience)
