We are seeking a highly experienced Pricing Manager to guide pricing strategies across diverse markets, that maximise profitability and maintain a competitive edge. What You'll Do: Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for both local and international markets Evaluate RFQs, tenders, and commercial opportunities to align pricing with market conditions and company goals Analyse costs, margins, and profitability metrics to inform strategic decisions Prepare competitive and dynamic pricing models to attract and retain customers Support sales teams during customer negotiations, providing expert pricing insights Review and optimise pricing structures to maximise profitability and strategic value Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, and finance departments to ensure pricing accuracy and governance Maintain pricing governance and approval processes in compliance with company policies Utilise vendor management platforms, including Coupa, and similar procurement systems Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies to adapt our approach proactively Build and nurture relationships with international customers and internal stakeholders to foster trust and alignment Requirements: 8 to 10 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or related roles within construction, engineering, mining, industrial, or supply chain sectors Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis and strategic thinking Excellent communication and management skills, capable of working across diverse teams Proficiency in analysis tools and management platforms such as Coupa or similar systems Ability to evaluate complex market data and translate it into actionable pricing strategies Demonstrated success in developing and implementing pricing models that delivered measurable results Nice to Have: Experience working in international markets and building relationships with global stakeholders Knowledge of vendor management and procurement systems Opportunity: An exciting opportunity to lead pricing strategies in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment Competitive salary package ranging from R750,000 to R850,000 per year (Negotiable) An on-site role based in Gauteng, offering a collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional development and career growth within a forward-thinking organization Based in Germiston, this role will suit an experience Pricing Manager within the industrial sector who has a commercial mindset.
