Description: Our client, an established independent school, is looking for an inspirational leader to guide their Pre- and Primary School. The Principal will provide academic and cultural leadership from Early Years through to the completion of Primary, leading a team of strong educational leaders while building unity, collaboration, and a shared vision across all phases. Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership across the entire campus Maintain and strengthen the Christian ethos of the school Foster cohesion, collaboration, and alignment between all school phases Support and develop the school's leadership team Promote academic excellence while ensuring the holistic development of students Strengthen relationships with parents and the broader school community Champion innovation and continuous improvement Protect and enhance the school's culture and reputation Oversee day-to-day operations of the school Ensure every student experiences a seamless educational journey from infancy to the end of Primary School Requirements: An appropriate educational qualification Proof of registration with the relevant professional body Substantial leadership experience in a school environment A proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Experience managing complex organisational structures Strong strategic planning and organisational skills A proven record of school improvement and innovation A Christian whose faith is evident in word, character, and leadership A genuine love for children and young people at every stage of development Excellent emotional intelligence, communication, and relational leadership skills Experience with the Cambridge Curriculum will be advantageous Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
