Portfolio Entrenchment: Drive client retention and increase the Vertical Sales Index (VSI) by applying contextual Money Management principles . Comprehensive Solutions: Understand, market, and seamlessly integrate a full range of bespoke financial services solutions across the business offering . High-Performance Delivery: Consistently produce top-tier results within agreed deadlines . Requirements & Qualifications Education: Relevant NQF Level 7 FSCA-approved Degree . Regulatory Compliance: RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificate . Completed relevant Class of Business (COB) modules . Full sign-off for supervision across all relevant SUB-CATS . Experience: 3 to 5 years' proven track record within a sales\/service environment in financial services . Key Traits: Strong relationship-building skills based on trust, highly self-motivated, and compliance-driven .
