POSITION INFO:
We are building a talent pool of high-calibre Process Control Sales Engineers for multiple upcoming opportunities across Gauteng. This is not a single vacancy — but a strategic pipeline for specialists in instrumentation, automation, and process control sales.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

BTech, NDip, or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Instrumentation Engineering
3+ years’ experience in technical sales within process control / automation
Exposure to instrumentation, PLCs, DCS, control valves, analyzers, or SCADA systems
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally

Job Experience & Skills Required

Selling technical solutions into mining, manufacturing, utilities, or heavy industry
Engaging with plant engineers, maintenance managers, and project teams
Managing the full sales process from opportunity identification to close-out
Interpreting P&IDs, specifications, and control philosophies
Developing long-term customer relationships and repeat business
