POSITION INFO:
A global automation and sensor technology leader is building a talent pool of high-calibre Sales Engineers with strong FMCG, packaging, food, and consumables industry exposure. This is a solutions-based technical sales role, ideal for someone who already operates confidently at systems and process level.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering
5+ years’ experience in technical or system solution sales
Established network in FMCG, packaging, food, or consumables manufacturing
Solid exposure to automation, system integration, or sensor technologies
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally

Job Experience & Skills Required

Develop and grow key accounts within high-volume manufacturing environments
Consult on and sell automation, sensor, and control solutions
Work closely with engineering and project teams on solution design
Leverage existing industry relationships to drive new business
Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to implementation
Build long-term relationships with engineering, operations, and procurement teams
