Process Engineer

SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a leading manufacturing operation within the paper and packaging industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven engineering professional to play a key role in process optimisation, plant improvement, and capital project implementation within a high-performance production environment.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate process inefficiencies and identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct feasibility studies and present recommendations to management
• Support conceptual and detailed process design activities
• Assist with CAPEX planning, project documentation, and cost estimation
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement plant modifications
• Support commissioning and handover of projects to production teams
• Compile technical reports and update process documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• BSc Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in process analysis, optimisation, or plant improvement projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Self-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
