Process Engineer

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telecom industry requires a Process Engineer on a 6 months contract role.

POSITION INFO:

Our Client is currently working on migrating off-premised to an Oracle ERP cloud solution and such requires a skilled Senior Process Engineer to define processes to enable the implementation for core back office capabilities across areas of the business currently utilising the Oracle ERP systems/applications.
To fulfil this project, Enterprise Programme Management Office (EPMO) is requesting a skilled contractor Process Engineer to complete all process designs to support migration.

Resource Type and Experience:

• Minimum 3-year degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering (or a closely related field)
• Minimum 5-years solid process re-engineering experience
• Minimum 5-years Telco experience (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations
• Knowledge of EA/BPM tools (preferably iServer)
• Six Sigma minimum Black belt trained and certified
• Project management skills (advantageous)
• Knowledge of DMAIC approach
• Identifying process variances and waste in current processes
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Business process analysis and business process mapping for different business functions
• Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple key stakeholders
