Process Engineer

SUMMARY:
The finance Target Operating model is implementing a centralized costing capability for the Group and the Process Engineers will be required to understand the current business problems and processes across brands. They will be required to design and implement the to-be processes and operating model and ensure an adequate control fabric to support the new process design

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and experience required:

• Qualified Lean Six Sigma professional with experience in the banking sector
• Experience in defining and implementing capabilities, operating models and designing target state processes.
• Experience in the Finance business with an understanding of terminology and financial concepts
• Ability to effectively facilitate design workshops
• Ability to engage stakeholders and all levels of the organization
• Ability to assess risks and controls
• Experience in costing
• Experience in modelling in Aris

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the current business problems
• Documenting the High-level As-Is process maps across brands
• Defining costing capabilities
• Designing To-Be processes and operating models
• Assess risks and controls
• Implementing the To-Be processes and operating model
• Gap assessment between the To-Be and As-Is
• Initiatives or suggested initiatives to close the gap
• Charter/s for each of these activities.
