  The Role:

  We are looking for a Process Engineer / Business analyst for a six month contract for our financial services client.

  Experience essential......

  • Banking Experience a must
  • 5 to 10 yearsâ?? working experience as a process engineer in different industries
  • Have in depth understanding of the BPMN and ARIS notations
  • Mentoring and coaching of junior process engineers
  • Process asset management
  • Roadmap definition for different initiatives
  • In depth understanding of different process and business analysis techniques
  • Clear understanding of different process frameworks
  • Business Architecture training or certification an advantage
  • Business analysis experience at a senior level a must
  • Have experience in working on multiple complex projects
  • Experience in agile methodologies and hybrid
  • Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in communicating at different levels in the organization
  • Define business processes and value chains and frameworks
  • Must be able to develop procedure manuals
  • Should be able to develop Target Operating models
  • Should be able to act as a change management agent as when required
  • Experience in leading and providing guidance to other process engineers on projects
  • Self starter, driven and highly motivated individual

  Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in  â?? Information Technology, Engineering,  Informatics  or Business Information Systems.

   

  Advantageous:
