The Role:
We are looking for a Process Engineer / Business analyst for a six month contract for our financial services client.

Experience essential......

Banking Experience a must

5 to 10 yearsâ?? working experience as a process engineer in different industries

Have in depth understanding of the BPMN and ARIS notations

Mentoring and coaching of junior process engineers

Process asset management

Roadmap definition for different initiatives

In depth understanding of different process and business analysis techniques

Clear understanding of different process frameworks

Business Architecture training or certification an advantage

Business analysis experience at a senior level a must

Have experience in working on multiple complex projects

Experience in agile methodologies and hybrid

Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle

Experience in communicating at different levels in the organization

Define business processes and value chains and frameworks

Must be able to develop procedure manuals

Should be able to develop Target Operating models

Should be able to act as a change management agent as when required

Experience in leading and providing guidance to other process engineers on projects

Self starter, driven and highly motivated individual

TOGAF, Data Cert , Blue Prism/UI Path Certificate, UI/UX, FTI Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma or Software Development Certificate.
