SUMMARY:
Our client in the FMCG industry has an EE opportunity available for a Process Leader, to be based in Queensburgh, KZN.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Must have experience in the food manufacturing/production environment
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
A tertiary qualification in the same field will be highly advantageous
5+ years relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
Work shifts/weekends/public holidays
Computer literacy (Intermediate)

Duties:

Apply quality assurance to the process and ensure integrity of the product
Ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) are in place
Control inputs and outputs of the manufacturing and/or packaging process
Conduct first-line maintenance and inspections
Follow correct standard operating procedure (SOP)
Manage staff
