SUMMARY:
Our client based in Randburg, is looking for a Process Mapper based on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate must have at least 1 yearsÃ¢Â€Â™ experience in a similar role.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

1 – 2 years’ experience in an IT Business Analysis or Process Analysis role.
Qualification in IT Infrastructure or Information Technology.
Knowledge of BPMN – Business Process Modelling Notation 2.0.

Duties and responsibilities:

Map process steps from requirement document to BPMN 2.0.
Documenting company processes and workflows.
Developing detailed process maps.
Developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
Setting up standards and support development of BPMN 2.0 competency.
