Process Mapping (3 Month Contract)

SUMMARY:
Our client based in Randburg, is looking for a Process Mapper based on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate must have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in an IT Business Analysis or Process Analysis role.
• Qualification in IT Infrastructure or Information Technology.
• Knowledge of BPMN – Business Process Modelling Notation 2.0.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Map process steps from requirement document to BPMN 2.0.
• Documenting company processes and workflows.
• Developing detailed process maps.
• Developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
• Setting up standards and support development of BPMN 2.0 competency.
