- 3+ years’ experience in process engineering, production support, or operational optimization
- Strong knowledge of process control systems and manufacturing operations
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial processes
- Experience with process documentation, reporting, and KPI monitoring
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards
