POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

An international company is looking for a dynamic Processing Engineer to manage all production activities and safety standards at a mineral processing plant. Document and review the output and improve the plant. Budget and liaise with stakeholders and exhibit your expertise.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
• Higher National Diploma in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 10 years’ experience on a processing plant;
• 4+ years’ experience in a senior management role;
• Proven plant optimization and improvement of business operations skills;
• Knowledge of legal compliance and technical risk management;
• Financial management skills;
• Maintenance management;
• The ability to compile reports and present them;
• Project management and people skills;
• Employee management skills;
• Time management skills and ability to do your own admin;
• Experience in the chrome or platinum industry will be advantageous.
