Procurement & Planning Manager

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies to support operational and commercial objectives.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Manage import/export logistics, including customs processes and freight forwarding.
• Align production planning with sales forecasts and material availability, ensuring optimal scheduling.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control, and the minimisation of wastage.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISO and health & safety requirements.
• Collaborate closely with sales, design, and production teams to ensure operational alignment and timely execution.
• Lead and mentor the planning and procurement team, ensuring strong performance and development.

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Project Management.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or planning.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in team leadership.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and import/export and freight processes.
