POSITION INFO:
Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for turning supply chain challenges into smooth, cost-efficient operations? We’re looking for a Procurement and Planning Manager to lead and optimise procurement, materials planning, and production scheduling, ensuring that every moving part runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best mix of cost, quality, and delivery.
Oversee import/export logistics, customs, and freight forwarding.
Align production planning with sales forecasts and material availability.
Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and wastage.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure ISO and health & safety compliance.
Lead a capable team and collaborate closely with sales, design, and production.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Project Management.
5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or planning.
4+ years' experience in team leadership.
Strong ERP and Excel skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, imports/exports, and freight processes.
