Our client is an established supplier to the screen printing, digital printing, garment and promotional products industry, providing products and solutions to business and trade customers.
The Cape Town operation is fast paced, combining sales, procurement, warehousing and print production. They are seeking a highly organised Procurement & Sales Operations Assistant to support these functions and keep orders, systems and communication running smoothly.

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Responsible For: Procurement: Process purchase orders, track supplier deliveries and maintain procurement records . Systems: Maintain SKUs, product information, pricing and data on Zoho. Sales Administration: Prepare quotations, process orders, respond to customer queries and track outstanding orders. DTF Production: Capture and schedule jobs, monitor progress and communicate updates to customers. Warehouse Coordination: Check stock availability, confirm order readiness and coordinate between Sales, Warehouse and Production. General Administration: Maintain records, registers, filing and internal communication. What We're Looking For: Grade 12 \/ Matric. Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Sales Administration (advantageous) 2-3 years' experience in an administrative, procurement support or sales administration role. Experience working with ERP or CRM systems. Experience in customer service. Experience in stock control or purchasing administration. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams. Experience with Zoho CRM \/ Zoho Inventory would be advantageous. Strong data capturing, filing and record-management skills. Experience within the printing, manufacturing, textile or distribution industry will be advantageous.
