SUMMARY:
SA division of an established multinational is looking for a proactive individual with a strong administrative background, advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to work with large sets of data. Must be available to commence employment immediately on a fixed term project basis.

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrator to join our client's team on a 3 month project basis. The ideal candidate will possess:

A formal, ideally related qualification (3-year degree or diploma)
Strong numerical ability/calculation skills
Understanding of turnover and ability to do percentage calculations
Advanced MS Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc)
Ability to work with large data sets
Proven experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment
Excellent communication skills in English, with confidence in engaging with foreign entities
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently

Desirable but not essential:

Experience in procurement administration or a buying context or providing support to a buying team highly advantageous
Experience working on MRP system
