Lead and mentor a team of Buyers ð¥
Source and negotiate with global suppliers ð
Align procurement with customer BOMs and NPI timelines ð
Manage component shortages and allocation risks â ï¸

ð Job Experience & Skills Required

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or similar ð
5–8 years’ experience in procurement (electronics, Electrical or similar industry preferred) ð
ERP/MRP system proficiency ð»
Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills ð¬
