As the Procurement Manager, you will lead a skilled team, manage global supplier relationships, and ensure seamless alignment between procurement and production. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Buyers.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with production needs.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with global vendors.
Align procurement with customer BOMs and NPI timelines.
Mitigate component shortages and allocation risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure procurement supports operational goals.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years’ experience in procurement (electronics, electrical, or manufacturing industry preferred).
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
