SUMMARY:

Procurement Manager

As a top Supply Chain Consultant, I pride myself in working with some of the biggest names in the field who are always looking to gear their team with prime skilled individuals.

We are seeking experienced and strategic Procurement Managers who can lead and optimize a procurement function. Are you responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality and compliance standards?
We are looking for candidates who are commercially astute professionals who can drive efficiencies, manage risk, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.
Sound knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

CIPS qualification or similar professional procurement certification.
Experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management.
