I specialize in placing professionals in the financial space. My clients are consistently on the lookout for accomplished Procurement Manager with hands on experience, strong academic records and a stable work track record within a Group Shared Services environment.

As a Procurement Manager, you will responsible for the following:

• Implement the procurement strategy
• Manage the operations of the procurement processes
• Manage and review documents
• Establish a central procurement service within the group
• Assure all invoices are audited
• Ensure records are maintained and procurements are documented
• Set up a process of review of all Contracts, Suppliers and Supplies
• Lead and direct the work of purchasing clerks
• Ensure that the necessary training is provided
• Supplier Management
• Contract Management Alignment

Qualifications:

Completed Bcom and CIPS qualified

Skill:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Management experience is preferred

Excellent attention to detail

Group Shared services are a non-negotiable

Experience in Microsoft D365 & Sharepoint
