SUMMARY:
Our client, a growing organisation in Display and Branding, is seeking to employ a motivated and results-driven a Procurement Officer to join their team based in Melrose Arch, Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Relevant Degree \/ Diploma in Procurement. 3-5 years experience in a similar position. Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, reliability, and service levels. Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors. Raise and process purchase orders. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements. Track orders and ensure on-time delivery. Maintain procurement records and supplier databases. Resolve supplier queries and delivery discrepancies. Conduct supplier performance reviews. Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and company policies. Assist with budgeting and cost-saving initiatives. Prepare procurement reports for management.
